#405 Ringo

Morgane from Little circus shop told me about a new fantastic online project :: an online creative workshop for you and your children and it's called : Ringo. The workshop was created a few months ago by three friends of Morgane. Currently a collaboration is taking place called the "atelier little circus*ringo", which on a special page in the ringo website and on Little Circus blog. This is a limited workshop and it will end next Monday. The winner will receive a gift from Little circus shop.

One of the founders of Ringo is Rosemarie Auberson and she has done an amazing job creating an art space online where you can download very nice pdf-files for free and start making fun craft projects with your kids. I sincerely believe that this is one of the best additions to cyberspace I have seen in a long time...LOVE it!

New designs over at Puddlefoot...Suzi MacDougall is a mother and artist and runs this nice company all by herself from Southern California. What I like about Puddlefoot is that every tee is made from organic cotton and only eco-friendly inks are being used for the screen-prints. Her sense of humor combined with her love for healthy food and nature brought this nice line of tees for our little ones.

Two Talk...A photos conversation between two women who work for the SOS Children's Villages charity. Lisa Evans and Mary Wolfe are showing us the moments of children's lives, from simple everyday things like making cakes, playing in snow, learning to read and draw, to more dramatic moments like giving food and shelter and making new houses following natural disaster and war....very inspirational and makes you think about life!

A birthday party

I hope you had a very nice weekend? I'm still recovering from a terrible cold from last week but did go to a very nice birthday party from Lewis, my dear friend Jo's little boy who turned two. I already knew Jo is the most creative person I have met her in KL but again she surprised me last weekend with her marvelous handmade carton toys for the children. Cars for the boys and lovely houses for the girls and they all LOVED it. Of course all the children were allowed to bring home their car of house and Lode has been riding his car the whole weekend. Just fantastic to see how children enjoy themselves with items like this. Thanks Jo and Lewis!

I just came back upstairs again after finishing giving diner to my two boys ... one (the baby) is just starting to learn to eat from a spoon, the other (3,5) year old is well-trained but still it isn't always easy to let him eat what we prepared for him ..
